JOHN P. MORGENSTERN

John P. Morgenstern is a partner and shareholder with Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd. where he represents governmental and private sector clients in federal and state courts and agencies in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and throughout the nation. He maintains an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbell.

John and his team represent architects, engineers and accountants in professional liability matters as well as governmental entities, including police departments, in cases involving alleged civil rights violations. He represents employers in employment and labor disputes in additional to matters involving commercial and general liability and insurance coverage issues.   

John served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps overseas and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal in Baghdad in February 2004. He also deployed to the Balkans in support of NATO peacekeeping operations. John served as Officer in Charge of the Patton Legal Center, Trial Counsel, Part-time Military Magistrate Judge, Chief of Claims, Article 32 Investigating Officer and Ethics Counselor for V Corps in Heidelberg, Germany.

John enjoys running, swimming and spending time with his wife and their two children.
